Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and own high-value AI opportunities across the organization.
- Build and ship internal AI tools and workflow automations.
- Own projects from workflow mapping to implementation and iteration.
- Build core applied AI infrastructure for production use cases.
- Establish quality, governance, and safety standards for AI.
- Drive adoption through documentation, training, and partnerships with business teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
- Hands-on experience with applied AI systems in production.
- Strong fluency with modern AI tooling and tradeoffs.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and full-stack development.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate stakeholder needs.
- Strong product sense and operational judgment.
