Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures and resolve complex software issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Downstream Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Downstream Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and development tools relevant to custom software engineering.
- 15 years of full-time education.
