Senior Developer - Java with Azure

Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions for client business problems.
- Write clean, reusable, and iterative code using established engineering practices.
- Build large-scale distributed systems using microservices.
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, project managers, and other teammates to build features and interactive prototypes.
- Apply technology practices to solve client problems and improve engineering quality.
- Use DevSecOps tools and practices to build and deploy software while advocating a DevOps culture.
- Participate in the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
- Assess team health, code quality, and nonfunctional requirements.
- Mentor less-experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership.
Requirements
- At least five years of Java development experience.
- Experience with Java 8 or later and object-oriented programming.
- Strong familiarity with Spring Boot and Azure.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
- Awareness of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches or tools.
- Experience or comfort with Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Ability to influence others, advocate for technical excellence, and adapt to change.
- Willingness to participate in the external technology community through speaking, open-source contributions, blogs, or similar activities.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
