Responsibilities
- Own product areas from concept through deployment.
- Ship production features daily and collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineering team.
- Build agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Iterate quickly based on customer feedback while transitioning systems toward scale and quality.
- Contribute to product direction and take full ownership of project outcomes.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI-assisted coding tools, particularly Cursor.
- Startup mindset characterized by high agency, resourcefulness, and ownership.
- Experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and intensely in the San Francisco hackerhouse.
