Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate security systems by monitoring the security environment.
- Prepare system security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Enhance security team capabilities by planning solutions and mentoring team members.
- Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and conducting risk assessments.
- Maintain security compliance by monitoring standards and conducting incident response analyses.
Requirements
- Sound understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Broad technical knowledge of systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) and networking protocols.
- Hands-on experience with secrets management and PKI.
- Deep technical knowledge of virtualization in varied environments.
- Strong networking fundamentals and understanding of OSI models.
- Hands-on experience with Public Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven project management skills from inception to documentation.
- Experience in both commercial and public sector environments.
- Broad knowledge of Linux systems administration.
