Responsibilities
- Maintain and execute Terraform Infrastructure as Code across GCP and AWS.
- Deploy, support, and troubleshoot containerized microservices running on Kubernetes, including GKE and EKS.
- Create GitHub Actions workflows and Groovy scripts for incident remediation, task automation, and pipeline integration.
- Maintain observability dashboards, alerts, and metrics using Datadog.
- Participate in a 24/7 follow-the-sun rotation to manage, triage, and resolve production incidents.
- Collaborate with development teams on outage analysis, postmortems, and preventative action items.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 4–10 years of technical experience across DevOps, SRE, systems administration, or software engineering.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience running and maintaining applications in a public cloud environment, with GCP preferred and AWS acceptable.
- Experience with Terraform Infrastructure as Code and Kubernetes/Docker container orchestration.
- Practical scripting skills in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- CKAD or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and automated security scanning tools in build pipelines is advantageous.
