Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engineer capabilities for the Trading platform according to the book of work.
- Develop, review, test, debug, and implement software applications.
- Analyze complex business and system processes and resolve high-impact problems.
- Ensure application designs follow the overall architecture blueprint and establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
- Collaborate with users and global technology teams to deliver business solutions.
- Assess and manage technology and business risks while maintaining compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Strong experience analyzing systems and programming software applications.
- Advanced knowledge of application programming and subject-matter expertise in at least one application development area.
- Technical proficiency in Java, Kafka, SQL, and Git.
- Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, QA, TDD, and BDD practices.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Ability to work across geographies and time zones, adjust priorities, solve problems, and think strategically.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Equity Finance or Securities Lending is a plus.
