Responsibilities
- Design, implement, enhance, deploy, and support Quote-to-Cash solutions using Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Provide L3 Salesforce production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Translate business requirements from Sales Operations, IT, Partner Programs, and Enterprise Services into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead and participate in code reviews covering coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and UAT test plans.
- Provide effort estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned work.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and identify opportunities to use new platform capabilities.
- Maintain technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of overall software development experience and at least 2 years focused on Salesforce CPQ application development with root cause analysis experience.
- Demonstrated end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementation experience.
- Extensive hands-on Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience and deep knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
- Expertise in product configuration, bundles, complex pricing rules, discount schedules, Product Filtering/Search Plugins, Guided Selling, Quote Configurator Plugins, Advanced Approvals, and Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced APIs.
- Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Builder, triggers, and Salesforce automation tools.
- Experience with Salesforce data models, objects, platform architecture, version control, and Salesforce deployment tooling.
- Required Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant certifications, or an equivalent Revenue Cloud certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification, ERP integration experience, Revenue Cloud Advanced project delivery, and cybersecurity or SaaS industry experience are bonus qualifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, prioritization, learning, and AI-technology application skills.
