Responsibilities
- Develop Python-based AI/ML modules, reusable scripts, APIs, and integration components.
- Build and test GenAI components including prompts, structured outputs, RAG pipelines, and vector search integrations.
- Support agentic workflows involving tool calling, orchestration, state handling, and function routing.
- Develop REST or GraphQL APIs, microservices, and enterprise application integrations.
- Participate in CI/CD, Docker-based packaging, cloud deployment, observability, testing, and production-readiness activities.
- Own assigned build-test-deploy work and collaborate with L9/L8 engineers in POD-based delivery.
Requirements
- BE, BTech, or BCA degree.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- Strong Python programming, including asynchronous programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI or LLM solutions, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and RAG implementation.
- Experience with agentic AI concepts such as tool calling, reasoning loops, orchestration, multi-agent coordination, memory, and state management.
- Experience developing REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, or integration components.
- Working knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployment, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience or exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP and enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Appian, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Teams, or Power Platform.
- Knowledge of AI testing, LLM output evaluation, observability, monitoring, security, identity management, responsible AI, and performance or cost optimization.
- Preferred exposure to LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, vector databases, semantic search, and AI monitoring concepts.
- Intermediate English language ability.
