Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, test, debug, and maintain scalable cloud applications.
- Migrate existing applications to the cloud, modify applications for cloud deployment, and build new cloud-native applications.
- Design, configure, and implement cloud-native software that solves business problems.
- Maintain applications and infrastructure for cloud-based platforms and support performance-enhancement strategies.
- Create workflows, processes, operational instructions, documentation, development environments, and continuous integration pipelines.
- Translate user needs into technical specifications and provide specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support.
- Identify incompatibility and security concerns when integrating data sources.
- Lead small teams and independently diagnose and solve non-routine technical problems.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 3–6+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in cloud computing, cloud solutions, AWS Lambda, AWS DynamoDB, AWS Redshift, AWS CDK, AWS SNS/SQS, AWS EventBridge, software development, scripting languages, troubleshooting, software development lifecycle, and cloud storage.
- Intermediate proficiency in IT automation, databases, configuration management, elastic computing, SaaS, PaaS, and cloud security.
- Foundational proficiency in Agile methodology, creative thinking, learning agility, and emotional agility.
- Experience leading small teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
