Base Salary
$192k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, improve, and maintain Brex’s data platform and infrastructure.
- Partner with product teams, data science, and analytics teams to launch data-backed products.
- Level up data competency at Brex through partnership and education.
- Invest in resilient data architectures and participate in on-call rotations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a data infra or data platform role.
- Experience with Snowflake, Flink, Airflow, dbt, or CDC.
- Fluency in Kotlin or similar languages like Python.
- Experience building and maintaining a large-scale modern data stack.
- Experience with streaming infrastructure like Kafka.
- Experience in backend engineering or full-stack development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work in the office 3 days a week.
