Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution design for complex Salesforce implementations across multiple Salesforce clouds.
  • Define and enforce Salesforce technical standards, development patterns, and best practices.
  • Design, develop, optimize, and review Salesforce code, integrations, solution designs, and technical strategies.
  • Perform hands-on development for important strategic features and products.
  • Evaluate and adopt new Salesforce technologies and features.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, enterprise architects, product teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and junior architects.
  • Advise leadership on technical roadmaps, platform limits, technical debt, and optimization opportunities.
  • Provide estimates, technical plans, risk assessments, and communication of technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development lifecycle practices, DevOps pipelines, continuous integration and delivery, and version control.
  • Lead delivery of Salesforce projects integrated with internal systems and streamline Salesforce clouds across sales teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical leadership experience or equivalent expertise.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce data modeling, custom objects, schema optimization, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce security and data architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and Shield.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, automation strategy, governor limits, and asynchronous processing.
  • Experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data 360, and Revenue Cloud.
  • Experience architecting and delivering high-quality, high-security, and high-availability solutions.
  • Experience leading delivery of a large Salesforce project with integrations to internal systems.
  • Experience with continuous learning about emerging technologies and software best practices.
