Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the Fin demo platform end-to-end, ensuring reliability and safety.
- Build first-class demo features into Fin for quick setup by Solutions Engineers.
- Utilize AI to prepare and customize demos for specific verticals and use cases.
- Create templates and libraries to help Solutions Engineers compose complex demo scenarios.
- Showcase Fin's capabilities across various platforms including web, mobile, and voice.
- Partner with Enablement to design training and certification paths for faster ramp-up.
- Stay ahead of the product roadmap to ensure demos are ready for new capabilities.
- Codify successful demo patterns into tools and playbooks for the GTM organization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Developer Relations.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM products and understanding of their practical limits.
- Strong full-stack development skills, particularly in TypeScript and a backend language like Ruby, Go, or Python.
- Deep familiarity with SDKs, APIs, and SaaS integrations.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and demonstrate their effectiveness.
- Aesthetic sensibility for creating visually appealing demos.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with potential customers.
