Base Salary
$156k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and services across front-end frameworks, back-end APIs, and data stores.
- Lead complex feature design and implementation from concept through deployment.
- Establish and model engineering practices for code quality, testing, observability, CI/CD, and incident response.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and adjacent engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, technical guidance, and pairing.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems to improve reliability, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant front-end and back-end web application development.
- Experience designing, building, and operating scalable and reliable services and user-facing features in a modern cloud environment.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and influencing technical direction for complex projects.
