Responsibilities
- Design APIs using API-led connectivity principles and publish Swagger/OpenAPI or RAML specifications to Anypoint Exchange.
- Build reusable MuleSoft assets, fragments, templates, integration flows, and multi-system orchestration patterns.
- Use Anypoint Platform components including Design Center, Exchange, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
- Implement API policies, OAuth 2.0 and JWT validation, and other security standards.
- Develop file-based, event-driven, and REST-based integrations using scatter-gather, choice routers, async scopes, and batch processing.
- Create DataWeave transformations and mappings across JSON, XML, CSV, flat file, and Java data formats.
- Integrate external systems through HTTP, database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Salesforce connectors.
- Implement caching, VM queues, error handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and reconnection strategies.
- Follow Git-based branching and deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Write MUnit test cases, maintain code coverage standards, and troubleshoot and resolve defects.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing MuleSoft integrations on the Anypoint Platform.
- Experience with API-led connectivity, API specifications, API governance, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Knowledge of DataWeave transformations and JSON, XML, CSV, flat file, and Java data formats.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, JWT validation, API policies, and integration security.
- Experience integrating HTTP, database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Salesforce systems.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, MUnit testing, error handling, logging, and resilience strategies.
