Base Salary
$101k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the system administrator for Certinia, configuring PSA modules for project setup and management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for PSA-related questions and training.
- Maintain and govern PSA system data for accuracy in project records and time tracking.
- Administer and enhance Salesforce platform integrations with Certinia.
- Drive continuous improvement of the PSA solution through backlog grooming and feature releases.
- Support user adoption and monitor usage metrics across professional services teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Certinia or Salesforce systems administration.
- 1+ years of experience building flows and automation within Salesforce.
- Knowledge of database software and ability to query using SQL or SOQL.
- Strong knowledge of project management and billing processes in a professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
