Base Salary
$157k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support APIs and backend services.
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain software infrastructure for production systems.
- Use analytical techniques to evaluate system performance and predict outcomes.
- Develop and execute testing, validation, and documentation procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues across multiple services.
- Analyze user needs to determine technical feasibility and design approaches.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new features.
- Design systems to securely manage production data and services.
- Improve engineering standards and software development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of software development experience.
- Experience with programming languages: Ruby, Java, Scala, or Go.
- Experience building backend or full-stack applications for large-scale systems.
- Experience designing and maintaining APIs and distributed systems in production.
- Experience writing unit tests and performing manual testing.
- Knowledge of industry-standard software design patterns.
