Base Salary

$120k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and implementation of high-quality interactive UI components from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to iterate on accessible, performant, and usable experiences.
  • Help define and evolve a scalable design system across Gradial’s product suite.
  • Develop rapid prototypes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
  • Conduct usability tests and use feedback to improve product experiences.
  • Coordinate with backend engineers on APIs and data structures supporting user interactions.
  • Stay current with emerging UI/UX technologies and trends.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in product engineering, front-end development, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating interactive and user-friendly web applications.
  • Experience with design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI architectures.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization, WCAG accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
  • Strong attention to detail in user experiences.
