Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and designers in the solution design process.
- Own the technical backlog by prioritizing and delivering on technical initiatives.
- Champion observability and reliability through meaningful dashboards and alerts.
- Set standards for pragmatic engineering and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Proven track record of technical leadership in feature development and system maintenance.
- Deep React expertise with a frontend-anchored focus.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript standards.
- Experience in driving mobile architecture decisions across React Native.
- Demonstrated senior-level depth in .NET Core and backend systems.
- Experience in owning a technical backlog and delivering features end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of scalable system design and software architecture.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical decisions.
