Responsibilities
- Own and evolve shared frontend libraries, frameworks, internal tooling, and UI components used across multiple product teams.
- Contribute to frontend platform architecture, technical direction, and technology modernization efforts.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions and build high-quality production code.
- Evaluate technologies and make pragmatic decisions for complex engineering challenges.
- Use AI technologies and developer tooling to accelerate frontend development and improve code quality.
- Promote performance, reliability, maintainability, scalability, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and share knowledge through design reviews and technical presentations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong experience building large-scale frontend applications with modern frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, or Flutter.
- Strong Angular knowledge or willingness to develop deep Angular expertise.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong understanding of API integration, backend systems, and software engineering best practices.
- Strong technical judgment, problem-solving ability, and experience leading technical discussions.
- Experience mentoring engineers and improving engineering standards.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Flutter, React, Avalonia, component libraries, design systems, shared platform code, technology modernization, platform teams, multi-product environments, .NET, full-stack systems, conference presentations, technical communities, or open-source contributions.
