Responsibilities
- Own and evolve shared frontend libraries, frameworks, and internal tooling used across multiple product teams.
- Contribute to frontend platform architecture and long-term technical direction.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions adopted across products.
- Build high-quality production code.
- Evaluate technologies and identify appropriate solutions for technical challenges.
- Promote engineering best practices focused on performance, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Share knowledge through design reviews, technical presentations, and learning opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong experience building large-scale frontend applications with modern frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, or Flutter.
- Strong Angular knowledge or willingness to develop deep expertise quickly.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong understanding of API integration, backend systems, and software engineering best practices.
- Strong technical judgment, problem-solving ability, and experience leading technical discussions and making pragmatic decisions.
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred: experience with Flutter, React, Avalonia, component libraries, design systems, shared platform code, technology modernization, migration efforts, platform teams, multi-product environments, .NET, full-stack systems, engineering standards, conference presentations, technical communities, or open-source contributions.
