Base Salary
$100k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents and machine learning models.
- Create and maintain backend systems for LLMs and AI Agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune models and AI Agents for performance.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI systems in production.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI and machine learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, CS degree preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI development.
- Proven experience as an AI Developer or Engineer.
- Expert knowledge of Golang, Python, or Java and experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and NLP techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for user experience.
