Base Salary
$108k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, and test cross-platform applications.
- Develop software for Linux and Android using C++ and Qt.
- Design and implement user interfaces for embedded applications and mobile devices using modern UI and graphics frameworks.
- Integrate modules across languages and interface with APIs and virtualized, containerized, or hardware host systems.
- Apply object-oriented and functional programming principles to create maintainable, efficient, secure, and reliable code.
- Support software configuration management and collaborate with UI/UX, software, systems, AI, and QA engineering teams.
- Develop optimized software for resource-limited mobile environments and meet customer requirements.
Requirements
- Current and active Secret DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8–12 years of overall relevant experience, including 8+ years developing for Linux/Unix and Android.
- 8+ years of C++ experience.
- 1–4 years of experience with Qt and Android application platforms.
- Experience developing user interfaces for embedded applications or mobile devices with modern UI and graphics frameworks.
- Current Security+ certification, or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
- Preferred experience with Scrum or other Agile practices, mobile application development, software configuration management, UI/UX frameworks, Agile management tools, automated testing, formalized API development methodologies, SQLite, NNG, Google Protocol Buffers, Clang Format, and Clang-Tidy.
