Base Salary
$117k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate on high-performing, customer-focused full-stack web application features.
- Collaborate on technical designs and deliver solutions in a Scrum-based engineering environment.
- Serve as a frontend or backend subject matter expert and contribute across the technology stack.
- Work with UX designers to create intuitive, efficient, and engaging user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute through technical guidance, Scrum leadership, or project ownership.
- Improve the team’s technology, processes, and culture.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on web application development experience with one or more of React, Spring Boot, Python, or Go.
- Strong foundation in software architecture, algorithms, data structures, and computer science principles.
- Experience building and deploying solutions in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance as a condition of employment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
- Preferred qualifications include an active Secret or Top Secret clearance, React framework and tooling experience, database experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, or TimescaleDB, UX/UI interest or experience, automation experience with GitHub Actions, Ansible, or ArgoCD, Docker and Kubernetes experience, and leadership or mentoring experience.
