Build realistic voice AI systems across infrastructure, backend, product, and applied research in a highly autonomous generalist engineering role. You’ll own work end-to-end and help shape technical standards at a fast-moving product and research lab.

Build the cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, tooling, and reliability foundation behind Phonic’s high-throughput real-time voice AI platform. You’ll improve developer velocity and help backend and research teams ship production-ready systems at scale.

Build polished full-stack products that bring Phonic’s voice AI conversations to life, spanning real-time interfaces, APIs, dashboards, and SDKs. You’ll work closely with research and ML teams in a fully in-person San Francisco environment.
