Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end in the TypeScript and React codebase, from ideation through launch.
- Build scalable full-stack systems, polished user interfaces, developer-facing APIs, and the SDK layer connecting them.
- Collaborate with research and model engineering teams to shape product experiences for voice AI capabilities.
- Contribute across the stack to create seamless integration between the UI, SDK, and platform.
- Maintain a high bar for user experience, design quality, and production readiness.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping high-quality products with demonstrable work.
- Strong interest in design and UX, with the confidence to defend product and design decisions.
- Ability to set direction, make decisions, take ownership, and deliver features through launch.
- Comfort working across frontend, backend, APIs, and the broader full stack.
- Ability to work autonomously, move quickly, and take end-to-end ownership.
- Experience with real-time or streaming applications, WebSockets, WebRTC, or audio/media APIs is preferred.
- Familiarity with voice, telephony, or conversational AI products is preferred.
- Experience as a former product lead or founder is preferred.
