Lead the development of Traba’s AI agent platform, building the orchestration, evaluation, retrieval, observability, and integration systems that power autonomous industrial workflows. As a founding Agents team member, you’ll make core architectural decisions, work directly with customers, and help grow the engineering team.

Build production AI agents that automate complex supply-chain workflows for industrial businesses. As a founding member of the Agents team, you’ll own agent harnesses, evaluations, orchestration, and the infrastructure supporting Traba’s AI product.

Staff Software Engineer building Traba’s AI-powered staffing marketplace, applying frontier models and agents to automate worker sourcing, vetting, matching, and placement. The role owns foundational backend and platform architecture while partnering with the CTO on long-term technical direction.
