Responsibilities
- Experiment with generative AI frameworks and tools, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and OpenAI and Anthropic APIs.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation prototypes using vector stores and knowledge graphs.
- Develop and test agentic architectures through the Genie Platform.
- Explore LLMOps, model evaluation, and model observability tools such as TruLens and LangSmith.
- Integrate models with APIs, data sources, and production systems.
- Deploy AI solutions in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud and DevOps environments.
- Solve client problems, contribute to internal projects, and work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Share findings and knowledge through the internal AI community.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience with a passion for AI, or data science experience combined with engineering skills.
- Strong foundation in a programming language suitable for AI system development and data workflows.
- Experience integrating models with APIs, data sources, or production systems.
- Curiosity about LLMs, graph- and vector-based RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks.
- Understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud-native environments and DevOps or DevSecOps practices.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, model evaluation, and LLMOps tools.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to share, learn, and teach.
- Applicants for applicable UK roles must meet security-clearance residency requirements, including at least five years of continuous UK residency where required.
