Base Salary
$121k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Vue.js, JavaScript, and GraphQL.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Lead code reviews, promote development best practices, and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and support application security.
- Support application integrations, releases, and ongoing production operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience, including extensive frontend engineering expertise.
- Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js, JavaScript, and GraphQL.
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale web applications.
- Experience working in Agile environments with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Property & Casualty Insurance domain experience, familiarity with modern frontend tools, cloud-based applications, and API-driven architectures, and experience with performance, scalability, maintainability, security, and developer mentoring.
