Base Salary
$176k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-visibility dashboards, notifications, reporting interfaces, and other frontend product surfaces for real estate agents.
- Define, decompose, and lead delivery of complex technical projects and subsystems across the stack.
- Integrate AI models, data pipelines, and telemetry systems to automate workflows.
- Perform code and design reviews and write unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests.
- Own services and applications throughout their lifecycle and create architecture diagrams, runbooks, specifications, and other technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, resolve systemic bottlenecks, and mentor engineering peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least five years of professional software development experience delivering complex technical projects autonomously; candidates with three or more years of exceptional, fast-tracked execution are also encouraged to apply.
- Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React, UI/UX execution, and browser performance, plus understanding of backend APIs and integrations.
- Professional Python experience is highly valued for data pipelines and AI/LLM workflows.
- Kafka experience is a plus.
- Experience building high-throughput user workflow tools, transactional systems, dynamic user interfaces, or SaaS products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and technical empathy for end users.
