Responsibilities
- Develop the automation layer on the ERP system.
- Write Python scripts to pull and process data from internal and external APIs, Airtable, and the ERP interface.
- Map operational processes and design automations that handle edge cases.
- Build an operations layer that enables non-technical colleagues to run and understand the tools.
- Collaborate with the Multi-Family Home team, business operations, and technology and product teams.
Requirements
- Technical background in computer science or engineering, including electrical/electronic, mechanical, or similar disciplines; strong business profiles with real technical skills are also welcome.
- Programming experience, ideally in Python, and comfort working in a code repository such as Git or GitHub.
- Curiosity about business operations and attention to edge cases.
- Clear communication skills, including explaining technical topics to non-programmers.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Availability for a six-month full-time internship.
- SQL experience is a nice-to-have.
