Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored satellite communication solutions.
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new customers.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of Quvia systems across business verticals.
  • Troubleshoot proof-of-concept issues and coordinate fixes with customers, QA, and engineering teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation for solutions and services.
  • Advise customers on best practices for terrestrial and satellite communication systems.
  • Deliver customer and internal training sessions and workshops.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project execution and manage handoff from proof of concept to service delivery and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of customer-facing solutions engineering experience, including technical discovery, scoping, prototyping, demos, and proof-of-concept ownership.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience implementing networking concepts, with strong Linux command-line skills and Python or Bash scripting.
  • Experience using REST APIs and JSON for integration work.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience sizing, testing, and validating server hardware and familiarity with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or KVM.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of front-end development experience for quick dashboards using a JavaScript framework or tools such as Grafana.
  • Working knowledge of data engineering and analytics, including pipelines, SQL, and network telemetry insights.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Preferred experience with SNMP, NetFlow, IPFIX, syslog, SQL, Grafana, and network observability.
  • Preferred domain experience in aviation, maritime, cruise, hospitality, or offshore energy.
