Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and ship features across frontend, backend, and AI systems.
- Take ideas from concept to production, including design, implementation, and iteration.
- Identify the highest-impact work and execute with speed while maintaining quality.
- Refactor, optimize, and scale systems as the product and team grow.
- Collaborate with product, design, and legal teams to improve user outcomes.
- Step into areas needing attention, such as debugging, infrastructure, or internal tooling.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping production systems.
- Strong technical fundamentals and ability to reason about systems and tradeoffs.
- Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new domains and tools.
- High agency and ability to identify and drive important problems to resolution.
- Proven track record of shipping meaningful work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving problem spaces.
- Clear thinker and communicator capable of cross-disciplinary collaboration.
