Base Salary
$140k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the core orchestration engine for running multiple coding agents in parallel and maintaining long-running tasks across sessions.
- Develop deployments for customer servers, bare-metal infrastructure, cloud providers, and managed compute.
- Support multiple coding agents, models, open-source models, and bring-your-own subscriptions.
- Build desktop, web, and mobile experiences plus messaging and project-management integrations.
- Develop team features for shared environments, secrets, skills, MCP servers, spending controls, and usage visibility.
- Work with early customers and turn their feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- Around two years of software engineering experience or strong fundamentals as a recent graduate.
- Strong experience building or operating cloud and compute infrastructure across varied deployment environments.
- Regular hands-on use of coding agents, including running multiple agents in parallel and familiarity with current tools.
- Interest in agent-based software development and provider-independent infrastructure.
- Open-source contributions to coding agents or developer tools are a plus.
Benefits
- Base salary of $140,000 to $240,000 USD plus founding equity.
