Base Salary
$175k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build referral systems, social sharing flows, engagement loops, and real-time features that drive organic growth.
- Own features from data model and API design through implementation, launch, monitoring, and iteration.
- Deliver end-to-end features across iOS, Android, Web, and backend services as required by each initiative.
- Define analytics events, build product visibility, and use data to improve features.
- Own technical architecture, quality, performance, and engineering standards in production.
- Partner directly with the CEO, Senior Product Manager, and Senior Product Designer.
Requirements
- Experience building social or engagement systems at scale, such as feeds, referral flows, notification infrastructure, social graphs, or real-time interactions.
- Experience owning full-stack features end-to-end, including data modeling, API development, client implementation, and production monitoring.
- Production experience across more than one of iOS, Android, or Web, with depth in at least one platform.
- Experience instrumenting growth or engagement features with analytics events and using data to guide iteration.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, low-process environment.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar code-generation tools.
- Production code or exposure in at least two of Swift, Kotlin, React Native, TypeScript, Dart, or Python serving millions of users.
- Evidence of independently building a side project, open source tool, game mechanic, or similar project.

- Base pay range of $174,800-$205,700 per year plus variable compensation, equity grants, discretionary cash bonuses, medical and financial benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
