Base Salary
$175k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build mechanics for product spread, including referral systems and engagement loops.
- Own features end-to-end from data model to customer experience across mobile and web.
- Deliver features across iOS, Android, Web, and backend services.
- Instrument work with analytics to drive fast iterations.
- Maintain high technical standards and architecture.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Senior PM, and Senior Designer.
Requirements
- Experience building social or engagement systems at scale.
- Proven ability to own a feature end-to-end across the full stack.
- Experience shipping production features across multiple client platforms.
- Ability to instrument features with analytics for meaningful iteration.
- Experience in a fast-moving, low-process environment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
- Proficiency in two or more technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Typescript, Dart, or Python.
