Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
- Identify, document, track, investigate, and report defects, and perform retesting after fixes.
- Test Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations across functional, integration, and regression scenarios.
- Create, update, and integrate new automation scripts into the test automation pack.
- Provide test progress and status reports.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on quality assurance best practices, tools, and software.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on manual and automated testing.
- Experience with Selenium and Cucumber, with good knowledge of Java.
- Hands-on experience in functional and automation testing.
- Experience with Salesforce applications; Salesforce certification is highly valued.
- Experience with JIRA for test case and defect management and GitHub or similar version control tools.
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development lifecycles, preferably using SAFe Agile methodology.
- Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Payments-domain experience is a bonus.
