Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tests for embedded, GPU-based, and robotics software and hardware systems.
- Build test strategies, plans, and cases from customer requirements and product specifications.
- Automate QA workflows, agents, test tools, and CI/CD pipelines while improving code coverage.
- Identify, document, regress, and root-cause internal and external bugs and regression failures.
- Train, retrain, and fine-tune models for agent and workflow accuracy, performance, and throughput optimization.
- Review product requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
- Analyze top bugs and publish statistical reports while collaborating with project management, hardware, software, and release teams.
- Develop applications and test automation using the NVIDIA Test framework.
Requirements
- B.Tech., M.Tech., or equivalent degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, electronics and communication engineering, or electrical and electronics engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands-on testing experience across a complete embedded software stack.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++, including writing logical scripts and code from scratch.
- Linux experience, including familiarity with complex scripts and commands.
- Knowledge of robotics perception, navigation, manipulation, and simulation.
- Experience with robotics simulator engines and developing automated test scenarios.
- Experience using AI development tools for testing.
- Hands-on experience with functional safety standards, particularly ISO 26262, in autonomous systems.
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
- AI/ML education, certification, or project experience in reinforcement learning, sim-to-real transfer, or robot learning is preferred.
- Experience optimizing test workflows with AI tools, evaluating robot foundation-model inference pipelines, or contributing to open-source robotics and ROS projects is preferred.
