Responsibilities

- Improve system reliability, performance, and developer velocity as the company scales.
- Work directly with customers and iterate based on real-world usage.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience building and shipping products.
- Strong fundamentals across backend and frontend systems.
- Ability to take high ownership and solve problems without waiting for detailed specifications.
- Curiosity about how real businesses operate and how software supports them.
- Ability to move quickly without breaking critical functionality.
