Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy cloud application solutions integrating cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.
- Deploy cloud infrastructure and platform environments and create proofs of architecture to validate viability, security, and performance.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of cloud-native technologies, automation, and orchestration tools.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud platform performance and reliability.
- Collaborate across teams, make technical decisions, coordinate cloud platform strategy, and provide solutions to cross-team problems.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing to build cloud expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Amazon Connect is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with Java, Python, and Node.js is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and deployment models is required.
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud infrastructure is required.
