Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end declarative CI/CD pipelines using Tekton and Harness.
- Migrate legacy applications from Jenkins, RLM, and uDeploy to the strategic developer platform.
- Integrate compliance, validation, security, and quality scanners into the CI/CD toolchain.
- Develop GenAI API integrations and automation for pull request reviews, end-to-end project reviews, and documentation generation.
- Implement infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Terraform and Ansible across OpenShift, AWS EKS, and RHEL.
- Write automation code, participate in peer code reviews and technical design sessions, and deliver sprint goals.
- Evaluate, integrate, and manage third-party and open-source DevOps tools and deploy pipeline updates and patches.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues in CI/CD tooling, distributed systems, and application deployments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or CI/CD engineering, or equivalent software engineering experience focused on automation.
- Strong proficiency with Tekton and Harness, or Jenkins and GitLab CI, including declarative pipelines using YAML or Jenkinsfiles.
- Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, Go, or Groovy.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience with Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Familiarity integrating SonarQube, Checkmarx, Snyk, Black Duck, or Aqua VSaaS into pipelines.
- Strong Git and branching-strategy knowledge, with enterprise trunk-based development preferred; Bitbucket or GitHub experience is relevant.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs; exposure to GenAI LLM integration or automated review frameworks is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and written and verbal communication skills.
