Responsibilities

  • Solve complex technical problems and deliver scalable, maintainable software solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Design, code, review, optimize, and maintain critical software components and services.
  • Apply architectural patterns, design standards, domain-driven design, microservices, and distributed systems principles.
  • Design scalable web applications and APIs using technologies including Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Golang.
  • Drive DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, continuous delivery, operational monitoring, and reliability practices.
  • Promote secure coding and integrate security, reliability, scalability, and performance controls throughout the SDLC.
  • Develop testing strategies and collaborate across engineering, QA, operations, and other stakeholders to support high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and effective delivery in a global, matrixed organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • At least four years of software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Angular, Java, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with automated unit and integration testing frameworks including Jasmine, Jest, Karma, JUnit, PyTest, Go testing, and Testify.
  • Experience with web components, micro front-end architecture, responsive UI development, API design, gRPC, and scalable web applications.
  • Practical experience with Python or Golang, microservices, domain-driven design, distributed systems, PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases, and Redis.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, automated build and release processes, Agile methodologies, and JIRA.
  • Knowledge of Linux, networking fundamentals, scripting, debugging, performance troubleshooting, observability, monitoring, logging, reliability engineering, secure coding, and application security.
  • Familiarity with iFrames, server-side and client-side rendering, Git-based version control, software quality assurance, and test-driven development.
  • Preferred experience includes Grafana, UML, event-driven systems, real-time or stream processing, data platforms, ML/AI platforms and services, UX/UI principles, public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and AI-powered development tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, decision-making, commercial awareness, and ability to work in international, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.
