Responsibilities
- Solve complex technical problems and deliver scalable, maintainable software with minimal supervision.
- Contribute hands-on to software development, architecture, design, code review, and optimization of critical components.
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD platforms, automation, secure coding, and security controls.
- Develop and maintain software using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Python, Golang, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Design testing strategies and act as a technical bridge among engineering, operations, QA, and other teams.
- Embed observability, monitoring, logging, reliability, scalability, security, and performance into development processes.
- Support collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement across diverse, cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of proven software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Golang.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, modern UI frameworks, micro-frontends, responsive UI, and web components.
- Experience with Jasmine, Jest, Karma, JUnit, PyTest, and Testify testing frameworks.
- Expertise in API design, gRPC, scalable web applications, microservices, domain-driven design, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build processes.
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, Linux, networking, scripting, performance troubleshooting, observability, monitoring, and logging.
- Knowledge of secure coding standards, application security practices, Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Git-based version control.
- Preferred qualifications include Grafana, UML design modeling, event-driven systems, real-time data processing, ML/AI platforms, and UX/UI design principles.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, problem-solving, time management, and cross-cultural teamwork skills.
