Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce software solutions and production code.
  • Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure implementation meets design constraints.
  • Develop Apex solutions using LWC, Aura Components, Triggers, Async Apex, SOQL, and Platform Events.
  • Build REST and SOAP integrations using Salesforce APIs, callouts, and third-party systems.
  • Configure and administer Salesforce objects, fields, record types, profiles, permission sets, layouts, flows, approvals, reports, and dashboards.
  • Deliver Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce capabilities, including agent building, action and topic configuration, and deployment.
  • Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while validating outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
  • Analyze large and diverse data sets to identify patterns and improve coding hygiene, application architecture, resilience, and operational stability.
  • Use GitHub for version control, pull requests, and CI/CD integration.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience.
  • Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and critically evaluating and refining generated outputs.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
  • Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Triggers, Async Apex, SOQL, and Platform Events.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming principles and design patterns in Apex.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations, Salesforce REST API, BULK API, SOAP API, callouts, and third-party integrations.
  • Salesforce Administration experience across customization, security, layouts, dynamic forms, validation rules, flows, approvals, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, including Lead and Opportunity Management, Territory Management, Products, Campaigns, and Sales Path.
  • Experience with Service Cloud and hands-on Agentforce agent building, configuration, and deployment.
  • Advanced understanding of application resiliency and security, plus hands-on GitHub experience.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial-services industry technology, practical cloud-native experience, and Python or Java knowledge are preferred.
