Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI-enabled solutions, roadmaps, operating models, and adoption plans for complex enterprise customers.
- Advise senior HR, Finance, and IT leaders on translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Lead functional workstreams covering requirements discovery, process design, configuration guidance, data readiness, and user experience.
- Conduct discovery and design workshops to define AI-enabled workflows, agent behaviors, governance models, and use cases.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to provide customer deployment feedback and influence AI platform evolution.
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams on data models, security considerations, and third-party integration patterns.
- Use deployment data and customer feedback to improve methodologies, templates, and best practices.
- Travel up to 50%.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience designing or delivering AI-enabled or analytics-driven enterprise solutions for P4, or at least 2 years for P5.
- At least 5 years of enterprise software consulting or functional implementation experience for P4, or at least 8 years for P5.
- Significant experience leading complex, multi-country or multi-business-unit projects.
- Experience in solutions design, discovery workshops, AI-enabled workflows, agent behaviors, and governance models.
- Professional services or consulting experience managing high-stakes client delivery and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect AI capabilities to concrete customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts to nontechnical stakeholders while working credibly with technical and product partners.
- Decision-making and process-improvement skills using data and deployment feedback.
- Interest in AI, agentic workflows, Workday’s Ethical AI principles, and evolving technology environments.
- Commitment to designing transparent, fair, and secure AI solutions.

- EU base salary range of €78,600–€118,000 for Germany locations.
