Base Salary
$130k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for Veeva Vault applications and lead platform modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Design AI and GenAI-powered solutions for content generation, regulatory document summarization, knowledge management, and intelligent search.
- Architect integrations between Veeva Vault, enterprise systems, and data lakes.
- Establish governance, scalability, security, compliance, and responsible AI standards for regulated environments.
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, architecture reviews, RFP support, solution estimations, and roadmap development.
- Mentor architects, leads, and development teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of Veeva Platform Architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault applications and Vault Objects, Workflows, Lifecycles, SDK, MDL, API Framework, and Security Model.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Copilot Studio, vector databases, RAG architecture, AI agents, NLP, document intelligence, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with REST APIs, MuleSoft, Azure and AWS services, and event-driven architecture.
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences processes across Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Operations, and Quality & Compliance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Veeva Vault certifications, Azure AI or Azure Solution Architect certifications, global transformation experience, GxP-regulated AI implementation experience, and experience supporting Top 20 pharmaceutical companies are preferred.
