Base Salary
$103k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions.
- Configure ERP Operations modules covering sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, production planning, product information, asset management, and related supply chain capabilities.
- Design integrations, data management approaches, application security, functional enhancements, and customizations.
- Partner with executive stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
- Lead workshops and develop functional specifications, business scenarios, solution documentation, process documentation, and design artifacts.
- Lead testing, quality assurance, validation, test planning, test case development, and execution.
- Manage project deliverables, identify implementation risks, and communicate mitigation strategies.
- Develop training materials, conduct user training, and support organizational change and adoption.
- Mentor consultants and implementation teams while sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
- Support ERP practice strategy, service offering development, proposals, sales pursuits, and go-to-market activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, business analysts, change management professionals, Microsoft, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Travel as required by client engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification relevant to ERP Operations or Supply Chain Management; an MBA, JD, PhD, or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management may substitute for the certification requirement.
- At least 7 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations, Finance & Supply Chain Management, or equivalent ERP solutions.
- Experience leading full-lifecycle ERP implementations from solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Deep functional expertise in procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, production, planning, asset management, and related operational processes.
- Experience designing ERP solution architecture involving integrations, data management, and security.
- Experience developing functional requirements, solution designs, testing strategies, and implementation documentation.
- Strong client-facing consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading project workstreams and mentoring implementation teams.
- Experience with Azure integration services, Power Platform, Dataverse, or related Microsoft technologies is preferred.
- Experience integrating D365 ERP with CRM, ISV solutions, manufacturing systems, warehouse automation, or third-party applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies, enterprise integration patterns, and ERP security architecture is preferred.
- Experience leading complex enterprise transformation initiatives and prior professional-services consulting experience are preferred.
- Experience with business development, proposal development, client presentations, team leadership, coaching, and talent development is preferred.
