Base Salary

$103k - $211k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions.
  • Configure ERP Operations modules covering sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, production planning, product information, asset management, and related supply chain capabilities.
  • Design integrations, data management approaches, application security, functional enhancements, and customizations.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
  • Lead workshops and develop functional specifications, business scenarios, solution documentation, process documentation, and design artifacts.
  • Lead testing, quality assurance, validation, test planning, test case development, and execution.
  • Manage project deliverables, identify implementation risks, and communicate mitigation strategies.
  • Develop training materials, conduct user training, and support organizational change and adoption.
  • Mentor consultants and implementation teams while sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
  • Support ERP practice strategy, service offering development, proposals, sales pursuits, and go-to-market activities.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, business analysts, change management professionals, Microsoft, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Travel as required by client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification relevant to ERP Operations or Supply Chain Management; an MBA, JD, PhD, or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management may substitute for the certification requirement.
  • At least 7 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations, Finance & Supply Chain Management, or equivalent ERP solutions.
  • Experience leading full-lifecycle ERP implementations from solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Deep functional expertise in procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, production, planning, asset management, and related operational processes.
  • Experience designing ERP solution architecture involving integrations, data management, and security.
  • Experience developing functional requirements, solution designs, testing strategies, and implementation documentation.
  • Strong client-facing consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading project workstreams and mentoring implementation teams.
  • Experience with Azure integration services, Power Platform, Dataverse, or related Microsoft technologies is preferred.
  • Experience integrating D365 ERP with CRM, ISV solutions, manufacturing systems, warehouse automation, or third-party applications is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data migration strategies, enterprise integration patterns, and ERP security architecture is preferred.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise transformation initiatives and prior professional-services consulting experience are preferred.
  • Experience with business development, proposal development, client presentations, team leadership, coaching, and talent development is preferred.
