Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions for the global SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA to deliver high-performing features.
- Write clean, efficient, documented code and participate in peer reviews.
- Refactor systems to reduce technical debt, improve performance, and maintain code quality.
- Monitor and troubleshoot live applications and resolve production issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend or full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in PHP; experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript is valued.
- Experience working in Scrum environments and understanding of CI/CD processes.
- Experience with automation and testing frameworks.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and accountability skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform is a bonus.
- Advanced knowledge of Git and modern development workflows is a bonus.
