Responsibilities
- Design and build reinforcement learning tasks from ideation to iteration.
- Own the full lifecycle of complex tasks involving multi-step workflows and stakeholder interactions.
- Direct coding agents and evaluate their outputs for subtle failures.
- Contribute to shared infrastructure and tooling.
- Mentor newer team members as needed.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in at least one area of software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Ability to work independently on complex problems.
- Extensive experience with coding agents.
- No prior machine learning or AI experience required.
