Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary software development solutions across the firm.
- Build exchange data decoders, instrument-book normalizers, and applications supporting trade-compliance communications.
- Identify and advocate for innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Conduct research and statistical analytics on large datasets using a data-driven approach.
- Collaborate with software developers, quantitative traders, researchers, and business analysts in cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science discipline.
- Have an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Have exposure to network programming, multithreaded applications, computational intelligence, algorithms, real-time programming, or GUI programming.
- Have a strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Demonstrate strong software development skills in C++ or C and curiosity to learn new technologies quickly.
