Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team and participate in strategic AI roadmap planning.
- Contribute to architectural, infrastructure, and strategic decisions for AI-enabled services.
- Design and implement production-ready RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using internal data.
- Integrate Model Context Protocols to standardize AI tool interactions with diverse data sources and environments.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for documentation and testability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years of recent Python programming.
- Strong understanding of Python internals, asynchronous programming with asyncio, memory management, and performance profiling.
- Proven experience building RAG systems and using LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
- Knowledge of Linux and proficient Bash/Shell command-line skills.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and scaling containerized applications.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design.
- Experience with Redis for caching and state management in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana for logging, monitoring, and observability.
- Intermediate-level English proficiency or higher.
- Preferred: experience with pgvector, Milvus, Qdrant, semantic search optimization, MCP, distributed applications, microservice architecture, modern backend design patterns, and data security or integrity-critical environments.
