Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and extend Python applications for commercial projects.
- Design and optimize databases and background processing for performance and reliability.
- Work with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices.
- Take ownership of complex systems by improving, refactoring, and maintaining them.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, testers, and clients; review code and share technical decisions.
- Use AI to leverage and improve development work.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and practical experience with AWS or a comparable cloud.
- Familiarity with Terraform is a strong plus.
- Experience managing and enhancing complex systems.
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Applicants should be at mid or senior level.
Benefits

- Mid-level rate up to 90 PLN/hour and senior-level rate up to 120 PLN/hour, with the final rate depending on project scope and experience.
